The following is posted as notice of upcoming elections of officers and is the proper procedure to be followed by those brothers wishing to run for ANY office. You must be Third Degree and your dues must be current to qualify. If you wish to run, please notify one of the Committee members and make your wish known.

Nomination of Officers Procedure
April 3
- This year’s 3 man Committee members are: Martin Ryan, PGK, FDD, Chairman Suffolk Conference, Vito Piche, PGK and Mathew Thoyalil, PGK.
- The committee will meet and propose a slate of officers for all officer positions.
- Committee will report their selections and solicit resume from all nominees.
May 1
- The slate of candidates will be announced at this meeting.
- Nominations will be accepted from the floor and will be added to the list from prior.
- Floor nominees will submit resumes to the committee within 7 days.(May 10)
June 5
- Election of Officers will take place at this meeting.
- Non-contested nominations will be voted by voice acclamation.
- Voting will be by ballot if necessary, to decide between two or more candidates for the same office.
- Two (2) Tellers will count written ballots and announce the results. Their count will be final.
